At OMG Fudge, we are committed to providing high-quality, delicious fudge that our customers love. However, due to the nature of our products, which are perishable and classified as food items, we do not offer a return or refund policy.
No Refunds or Returns

Perishable Goods: All our products are made fresh and are considered perishable. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Order Accuracy: We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Please ensure that all details, including selected flavours and shipping information, are correct.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@stellacreations.co.nz so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for any perishable goods, including all food items. Unfortunately, this policy means that we also cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
As mentioned, we do not offer refunds for perishable items. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, please contact us at sales@stellacreations.co.nz, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
